Behzod Sirjani is a consultant and advisor who is regularly sought out to navigate complex challenges, whether that's helping a fast-growing startup drive growth or a large public company restructure their innovation practice. Through Yet Another Studio, Behzod partners with companies ranging from small startups to industry leaders like Figma and Dropbox to build and scale research practices that drive better decision-making and growth. He is also a Program Partner at Reforge, where he built the "User Insights for Product Decisions" and "Effective Customer Conversations" programs, a venture partner at el cap, and an advisor to TCV's Velocity Fund. Behzod co-organizes the Seattle Research Community and serves on the External Advisory Board for the Department of Human Centered Design & Engineering at the University of Washington. Previously, he led research operations at Slack and was a Senior User Researcher at Facebook, where he co-created the Research Associates Program.
