Course outcomes
AI is fundamentally changing how the best product teams develop products. Today’s most innovative product managers are already using AI throughout their workflows - from building prototypes and analyzing customer feedback to crafting executive communication. While AI initially promised to boost PM efficiency, it has evolved into something far more powerful: a force multiplier for product thinking itself. AI now helps PMs uncover hidden patterns in data, generate novel product ideas, and develop sophisticated strategies, enabling unprecedented levels of both productivity and insight. What’s more, AI is even extending PM capabilities beyond their traditional role, enabling them to perform duties typically done by researchers, data analysts, product marketers, designers, and engineers.
However, expertise in leveraging AI for product management remains concentrated among early adopters. This course bridges that gap.
