But here's what I've learned after a decade in this industry: in times of rapid transformation, it's not about chasing every new trend—it's about understanding which fundamentals remain constant while strategically embracing the right innovations.

This year marks 10 years since we launched our first Reforge course. That's 10 years of witnessing industry transformations, identifying patterns, and distilling what truly matters. This decade of experience gives us a unique vantage point—we've seen which principles endure through technological shifts and which require adaptation.

Foundations: Foundations courses are for those with 0 to 3 years of experience in the topic. They cover deep, timeless fundamentals of the topic that you can build on for decades.
Mastering: Mastering courses are for those with 3 to 6 years of experience in and are typically in senior individual contributor roles or above.
Strategy: These are courses designed for those with 6+ years of experience in that specific topic. They cover strategy and leadership problems typically owned by those in Dir+ or Staff+ roles.
