Lauryn is an accomplished growth leader who specializes in building PLG engines for B2B SaaS businesses with self-serve motions and freemium models. Most recently serving as Head of Growth at Airtable, she has also developed growth engines at companies including Dropbox, Meta, and Blue Bottle Coffee. Lauryn is active in the startup community as an advisor, angel investor, and mentor. In her free time, she’s a Peloton fanatic and loves exploring Northern California with her labradoodle Ollie.
