Ailian’s career has spanned many transitions: from a government job at Singapore’s central bank, to investment banking at Goldman Sachs, to social impact investing at Core Innovation Capital, to leading product at BloomReach and Front, to her current role as AI Product Lead at Zoom. Her current role is a horizontal platform role where her team owns the company’s AI strategy and the overall AI product suite. She is also an accomplished illustrator and lives in the Bay Area with her family.
